Our supports are tailored to assist the participant to live safely and comfortably at home or respite and to actively enjoy their local community.

Participants choose their goals and decide how they want to live their life. Your Buddy Services is here to support participants to achieve this.

Quality Services with professional Staff
We provide high-quality services to all participants. Your Buddy Services experienced staff offer one-on-one attention and individualised care to meet participants specific needs. All Your Buddy Services staff are dedicated to the wellbeing of the person they look after and take pride in what they do. YBS employees are required to meet our recruitment selection criteria and undergo NDIS worker screening check and all safety checks including National police check and a Working with Children check. We research workers career history, ability to perform duties and conduct reference checks.
Individualised Service
We are committed to listening to participants needs and supporting them to make choices that help to achieve their goals. We can deliver a range of supports which meet participant’s needs as they vary over time - residential short-term stays , community access support , inhome respite and supported independent living services etc .We aim to commence services within 24 hours of request.

Having people who listen and understand you is important. We understand the importance of the relationship between participant and the person who delivers the supports. We do our best to match the right support worker to help you with your daily support. We understand that everyone’s support needs are different, that’s why we work with participant to ensure we try and get the right fit for them.
